No nbn connection

We recieved the text to connect the router and nbn box and have followed the instructions on the setup video and tgere is no data connectiin. I just tried calling and selected technical support but after 30 mins waiting no one answered tge call. This is the second time we have tried to connect to the nbn and the second time we have called.
I've added photos of the router and nbn box. We will have to connect back to the adsl tommorrow and we have to work from home and require internet.
