I had a scheduled installation for last Monday 23 March. Came home from work and tech didn’t show up. Didn’t even contact me.
I have re scheduled for this Monday 30 March and again I will have to leave work.
I want guarantee that the tech will show up this time.
I cannot contact anyone .
Can you please assist as I cannot keep leaving work when you don’t show up
