No working NBN internet connection

I have had an NBN 50 account with TPG for 3 months but have not had internet access since 14 March.

The job number that TPG gave me yesterday is 10357431 and I was told that TPG would call me within 24 hours.

However it is now over 24 hours so can you please advise me of the status of my NBN internet connection as I urgently require an internet connection for me to work from home immediately.
