We have standard Sydney FTTC NBN connection. Following a big storm this afternoon, NBN has ceased to work. We have checked all connections and cables and all seems fine with no visible damage whatsoever. Reset the FTTC connector but just flashes the blue 'chain' signal. Flashes blue four or five times then a quick red flash then back to blue.
No idea what to do or who / where to ask for help.
I've variously reset the FTTC box with the reset hole in the back, as well as removed the power cable, waited 30 seconds and replaced.
