Not sent all hardware for HFC NBN

I recently moved house and only received the modem but not the Arris connection box for my coaxial HFC NBN. The modem I received only has Ethernet ports, no coaxial input but at the new apartment the only thing available in the wall is the NBN Coaxial Port.
I’m not able to get in contact with anyone at TPG. Hotline your on hold for hours and the chat is not available.
What should I do?

I think for HFC, the technician should bring the NBN connection box with them.
