Didn't realise that how difficult it is to deal with service provider which is based offshore in times of crisis like this. (COVID19).
I have been struggling to get internet connected to my new property for the last 6 weeks or so.
And I understand the trouble everyone is going through but the service is not good enough.
Moving to another company which is based here in Australia and who is available to talk to.
Working from home and Kids doing school from home, not having an internet connection in this situation is not sustainable. I cannot wait anymore. Please cancel my account. Please give me the RMA number and I will return your NCD and Modems.
