Hello, This afternoon I received an SMS (but no email) saying our NBN service is awaiting activation and that we’re required to plug in the modem. After connecting the modem and connection device, the connection lights blinked for 2+ hours. Eventually we gave up and switched back to ADSL2+. I then checked our installation status, which still says “Installation in progress”. I’m confused - is our NBN service ready? Why would TPG ask me to plug in the modem if it isn’t?
