Get online support

Received a New router, but no nbn connection.

I received a new router 3 days ago, but still has no nbn connection. Nbn connection box data indicateors shows uni D port is 1Gbps, blinking orange, and it is meant to show green light on uni D port indicator. Please fix this issue ASAP, I have been trying to connect to TPG service team for 3 days for now. I am running out of patience.
