I tried TPG moving home service online, but when I Proceed, I was asked to pre-pay $79 (69 for NBN, 10 for new modem) to move current service into new house. I thought it was just transfering my existing service to new house, but what I actually feel is that TPG enforces customer to get new contract in new house. I paid this month's payment $69 already - only 3days ago - and TPG require to pay $79 right away for house relocation.(Even that charges $99 more for installation if I don't accept 6months more contract term)
So if I proceed TPG relocation service, it cost me double payment for this month. Then, what happen to my money paid 3 days ago for this month? That money is vanished in the thin air without getting used even for a week? The meaning of 'Relocation' may be very different between customer and TPG. Do I misunderstand the TPG service or policy? How can I use relocation service without double paying for the month?
