Relocation to new address

we are relocating to a new address and after spending 3 hours on the chat line and passed on to 3 customer services staff, I was promised a phone call yesterday with the above reference number.

the new address has no NBN and TPG was supposed to call me to discuss options as we are under a NBN contract and the early termination prohibits us to cancel.

Our internet at the current address wsa disconnected last night with no prior warning.

can someone from TPG please call urgently.

we are working from home and this is extra anxiety that no one needs.

I thought TPG was here to help.
