I'm connecting to the NBN via HFC with a black connection box, after a stormy weekend all the lights are not coming up, we believe it became faulty.
Can you please arrange a replacement as soon as possible as it's no longer working.
I have also lodged a fault in the TPG app, the fault case number is xxxxxx.
