Request to re deliver the NBN modem

Hi,

I am the new user regsitered to TPG and i missed to collect the parcel when the first time it got delivered.

SO i need to request fro a re-delivery and find more about when can i expect my modem to be available

If the device has return to Macquarie park office, yes you will need to request a delivery.

Unfortunately our offices are closed to general public due to COVID19.

Have you check your tracking number?, it may possible the parcel is on the postoffice. If this was not delivered to your door.
