Just wandering when you sign up to fixed wireless bundle does a technician come out to install it if there is already a fixed wireless nbn box in the house. I'm confused as Got a message that my internet is activated and to plug in modem which arrived today. So followed steps and the ODU light on nbn box is red. I can't get in contact with anyone to find out if I'm doing the right thing and there is something wrong with the connection or I'm meant to be getting a tech over first to install one of the? I checked my installation status and it says (in progress) Please any information w would be appreciated.
