Setting up NBN FTC and TPG

I’ve received my SMS that my connection is ready.
I have installed devices as per instructed, tried different phone port, and reset both modem and NBN CN.
I still only have the first light on the NBN CN showing as solid blue and no internet on the modem.
How do I get this fixed? I assume a technician?
