Slow Connection Downoad Speed

Hi,

I have had many issues with TPG in the past and have spoken to numerous technicians about these problems. But, every time I have spoken to them all I have done is the routine speed test that always shows the same results as the ones I post on this forum.

What exactly will they be checking for this time?
