I have an NBN50 plan. For several weeks, the speed has been getting worse. Currently, the TPG Speed test shows 13.3 Mbps download and 2.4 Mbps upload.
The status on the modem shows:
Current Rate (kbps) | 2776 | 14442 |
Max Rate (kbps) | 2789 | 12769 |
This is obviously not what I am paying for. Would someone please be able to address this issue urgently.

I was able to locate your account using your community details and seen that you have been in contact with one of our Technicians and this has been raised to our Engineering Team.
This has been escalated to NBN Co. and currently waiting for their feedback. Further updates will be provided by one of our Engineers via SMS or Phone call.
