3 time ive been the online support and transfered to someone who never answers, the phone numbers dont work at all. Have been told twice that someone will call me an they haven't. I'm over it I am on the verge of cancelling because this is complete rubbish, I understand the reasoning behind going to chat support but how about you make sure you can actually still do your job
