Still waiting on NBN connection.

It's been almost ten days and no NBN activation. I was told it would be a few days but I seriously think that was some type of joke. What's not a joke is that my working NBN connection was RUDELY disconnected during the middle of last month with no explanation as to WHY. So here I wait using my mobile as a hotspot trying to work from home.

High speed broadband in this country is a sick joke and the companies that profit from this misery are even worse.

By upon checking your account I can the NBN is connected however there is no Authentication.

I will log a fault for you and will can have someone call you to assist.
