The NBN technicians arrived on Friday and said they would work on outside of building to bring line in, but they did not return to do the inside of apartment connection.
When I check progress of installallation it says still 'in progress' and technician to arrive Friday 1-5pm. Will they return to complete the install? When will this be? Like everyone else , I woud appreciate an active service asap.
Thanks but its not much help to know the technicians left due to a hazard that needs to be cleared if noone has told me what the hazard is? Why could the technician not have told the tenant who was there as requested at installation time? we need further infomation.
