TPG NBN service awaiting activation

Did you get it connected? I am on the same boat. I have received the modem but not the service activation text as yet.

I also have equipment but no sms. Had email saying I need to connect but am very unsure of what to do.  Am unable to do online chat, it just doesn’t happen.

I have been waiting a week after I was told it would be 2 days , cannot get any online response and nobody is answering the phone
