I was set to have a technician install a NBN connection device yesterday but never showed up. Received a call before the allocated time but as I was at work was unable to answer, there was someone at the property at the time too. Further called TPG and reported it told that a case manager would contact me today but no one has called or emailed. Only received a text saying my service is awaiting activation. Still no contact as to when I will get my internet connected.
