Hi, we had a technician come to our property on Thursday to finalize the installation of our NBN. However he wasn’t able to complete it and said we would have someone within 2 days fix it. We have now had a new appointment scheduled for Friday.

We currently have no WiFi and both of us work from home.

Can this be fixed before Friday? We are paying for a service we can’t use!!!
