Hi there I have recieved couple of text messages supposedly from TPG team advising that they need to access my property for repair work with faulty nbn line. I am Wondering if these are genuine messages and authorised by TPG or spam messages. They require us to send reply messages to accept their appointment time or not. Should I be responding to them??
