Hi, I am not sure if this is the right place to reschedule the nbn installation appointment as the technician came on last week have no key to access to the meter room. Is an hfc nbn type, but with his meter check, there is no signal.
Can anyone get back to me to reschedule with a different technician ASAP. ? The neighbour who went with Optus or Telstra, they said the technician who visit the site have the key with him to access to the meter room.
