Two installation dates

Level 1c
I originally had a scheduled installation for today, which happened, got my NBN box and everything, but a few days earlier I got an email saying my NBN installation been rescheduled for the 20th, and it seems like the exact same thing. I'm not sure whats happened and I'm unsure as to what to do?
