Upgrade of NBN plan

Hi

I have just upgraded my NBN plan to the Broadband SL Bundle Standard, which I understand gives unlimited data. I have received the confirmation email about change of plan. Also checked on online account that it is now switched.

I have turned my modem off for 10 seconds and back on again as recommended (twice!).

But the internet is still super slow, at the same speed as I had before I upgraded, as though the plan has not yet been upgraded.

Can you help me?
