Hi @chaoticminions,

 

If you wish to use a 3rd party modem/router for your TPG NBN-FTTN.

You simply need to follow the settings below.

VLAN = 2
connection = VDSL PPPoE
username = myusername@tpg.com.au (you may use the domain @TPG.com.au but it depends on the brand/model of the modem)
password = TPG Password

After installing my own modem, can I connect the original TPG modem to the Ethernet port of the new modem to make use of the IP phone again?

Hi @Cjifdunvoaiejcv, you need to use the TPG supplied modem as the main modem as it is where the VoIP service is provisioned.
