I am experiencing very slow upload speed between 1 Mbps and 4 Mbps but mostly the speed is just 1 Mbps.
The upload speed used to be more than 25 Mbps.
Get to TPG support is impossible. They introduced online chat but I am unable to talk to anyone for the last couple of days. This makes working from home difficult when sending emails, making conference calls or working on in a remote network.
