Wireless nbn not working

Got our modem this week still not installed checked the progress still says its progressing. How long does it take for it to install?

Hi @rianonlake,

One of our Provisioning Case Manager tried to call you yesterday to provide the update of your NBN installation unfortunately no avail. We also receive your message through Facebook and arrange another call today before 5PM. Please make sure that you are available for the call. To avoid redundancy and confusion, we'll keep you posted on our Facebook page.
