adsl2+ cutoff and hfc pause

Hi, my adsl2+ is scheduled to be cut off between 21/2/21 and 26/2/21, but due to the hfc ntd shortage I can't connect to nbn. I was wondering if tpg planned to suspend any cutoffs until the supply chain of ntds was up and running again?

Hi @adsl2cutoff ,

TPG and NBN will do everything to complete the installation on the given installation time frame. However, we cannot guarantee due to the impact of this equipment shortage is that some time frames are being extended by NBN Co to ensure that they have the NBN connection boxes on hand which are necessary to complete the installation of services.

The existing ADSL service it should will remain intact until the installation of NBN service is complete.
