Once you have applied for the NBN service our team will be arranging for a technician visit to connect your premises to the NBN network. An email will be sent to the email address we have on file to let you know of the installation date.
We have created a community article, which contains a video to show you How to track your TPG service installation, kindly check on that so you can know whether the installation has been completed or not yet.
