internet may not be available after I moved in a new house

Hi,

I moved in 22 Bonnefin Rd,Hunters hill and open an account in TPG, I got a router and followed the instruction. My mobile found the wifi network, but it said internet may not be avaiable. Could you please help me to sort it out?
