I'm running out of PATIENCE with TPG! I supplied them with all the relevant information regarding the account details to get our landline reconnected, but alas, it's TOO HARD for them to GRASP the details!!

I've been waiting since monday to have this issue fixed but no, we keep going ROUND & ROUND & ROUND & ROUND & ROUND AGAIN!

What does it take to get DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!!!

We've been LOYAL, 6 years now & we're treated like CRAP!!!
