modem delivery email not received

Hi.

My NBN Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC) service has been scheduled yesterday ( 23rd May Thurday from 1p.m to 6 p.m), but i have not received my wifi modem yet , not even a email that suggets its delivery staus. can you please check the delivery for me ?

The modem is currently awaiting collection at the post shop and we have sent the details via PM.
