Hello ,
I have had issues with NBN and this was fixed and was still getting no internet. They sent a new modem with 3 business days to arrive - it’s about 5 and no modem.
My internet has not worked for 3 weeks , I want to refund the charges as I’m just using all mobile data for the last 3 weeks.
I need to know where the modem is and some sort of compensation.
