nbn™ connection device has not arrived

Dear Sir/Madam,

 I received my  pre-ordered FTTC TPlink AC1600 VR1600V Wireless modem router in mail but I have not received NBN network connection device (NCD) device yet to complete the installation.
 How do I get one of these devices or is it also in transit or the technician will bring one with him on 15 April 2019 on the day of installation with him.
Can you please help me in this regard.

Welcome to the community!

An on-site appointment will be required by an NBN Co technician who will require access to your home to install the necessary NBN infrastructure scheduled on this coming 15th of April. This includes the installation of the NBN box (NCD).
