nbn connection issues

I was notified that the service had been activated at my address yesterday and we set up the provided router.


We can connect to the wifi network on several mobile phones but within minutes it drops the connection and says 'internet may not be available'. We have tried connecting other devices like PlayStation 4, which can see the network but displays a conenction error, and computers which all drop connection within minutes of connecting to the wifi.


We have resest the router, turned it off and on again, turned our devices off and on again, forgotten the network and reconencted etc all to no avail.


We can't access the internet at all.
