nbn fttc ncd not stable blue lights on.

I received my modem&NCD box around 12pm date on 24/07/2018.
I received a call from TPG at 6:15pm(at the same day) and he told me what is the process of the installation that I have to connect(set up) my NCD box and router before 10pm.
I have to leave the NCD box and the modem untill 4am next day for finish the installation.

now On the NBN box the power light was stable blue, the line light was blinking blue and the dsl light was blinking blue.

So I cannot use any internet at home.
(Currently I used adsl from telstra.)

What is next step for connection nbn?

I've seen that you have been in touch with one of our Technicians and this has been raised to our Engineering Team.

 

There will be a technician visit to check your connection tomorrow between 1-5PM.

I've checked with our Service Provisioning Team and have seen that an NBN Technician is scheduled to come out on Thursday, 02 August 2018, between 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. 

 

Rest assured that the Service Provisioning Team is taking care and prioritizing this case.
