I was told someone was going to install NBN this afternoon from 1-5pm, onbody come and it is 5pm now, what is going on? I called you helpdesk, I was told in your system it was said installation finished, how!!!
at 5:07pm I received a msg saying NBN installation finished! I saw someone was installing at my neighbour, did the technicion installed at wrong address?
