no NBN internet connection

I had no NBN internet for 15 hrs, I couldn't use my landline phone which i need

its not the 1st time

very disappointed

Our NBN systems showed NBN had an outage yesterday, which has been restored now.

NBN outages are unfortunately outside our control.

 

You NBN-HFC 50/20 service is now up and the modem has been authenticated for 2 hours.

Your service should be working as normal.
