Get online support

no internet for 5days and TPG blocked my number

I had the no internet connection for 5 days after switching to NBN. the internet light is off. TPG keeps on saying escalated to NBNCo and engineers team. I called and complained several times then my number got blocked! the last call I waited for 2hours, no one answered the phone (even though it said current waiting time 10mins), I then used my husbands phone to call and it got answered in 10mins! funny
