I applied for NBN50 to my unit. I am already an account holder. I went through the form but not sure if everything is ok. My Account No. <removed by moderator>. Please reply soon as I am having problems working from home with a very slow internet. Home Tele: <removed by moderator>. mobile <removed by moderator>. I find it impossible to get through on the phone and am really really disappointed. Cannot even get through online or on chat.
