Hi there.  i received a text message from you saying " TPG NBN service is awaiting activation. Connect your NBN modem ASAP to Activate. i have been trying to do this from last 5 days and also i m trying to contact tech support via online chat, it constently saying "Our team members are currently serving other customers. We appreciate your patience. Please try again later". i am unable to cotact any one from TPG to sort this out. now i am with no internet and no support from TPG to sort this out.hope this issuse can be solved soon and i cat get back to working.
