This is the 7 emails I have sent to you, so far i cannt get into the internet, more than 2 weeks agon, my nbn internet has been disconnected without any notice. I have called you for many times and no responses, I received an mail on 17th of March and asked me the questions, I replied it to the team. However, I still cannot get an access internet. Without income and cannot work from home. ou can imagine how hard it can be during this difficulties time, I hope you guys can help in time manner .
