MY A/C no.is ########, under the name of #########.
I applied NBN FTTC SL Bundle Fast plan in TPG on seventh of Feb 2020, but 5 months passted,
I'm still waitting for the notifitation of installation, I've phoned TPG customers service many times but have'nt got any explains for the delay.
Would you pass this message to my case manager and give me a e-mail reple for the issues and
how long I'll be waitting for installation in my case, or if I cancel my application, can I get fully refund ?
