5g Internet Service cut

I paid my bill 4 days late and my 5G service was cut off. I have since paid the bill and updated my payment plan, there is no amount owing on my account but the service is still cut.

I have reset and restarted the modem various times to no luck.

 

I need this service up ASAP as I work from home
