Hello everyone,
I am currently residing in Europe for several months, and I have tried to access my TPG online account. To verify my account, I need to receive an SMS, which unfortunately won't work as I am using a travel SIM currently. Is there any way to access my account through other forms of verification i.e. email?

Welcome to TPG Community!
You must have your Australian mobile number (listed on your TPG account) active with roaming service enabled to receive the one time passcode. The OTP is currently being sent via SMS only.
