Hello, initially I was unable to log in as I forgot my password - and I didn't receive any emails to change my password even after using the 'Forgot my password' link. I double checked that my email was the same one registered to my account and also checked the junk folder, but didn't receive a single email so I was unable to change my password.


I just tried logging in again and instead I got the message "Your account has been inactivated. For help please contact the service desk." Please advise on what to do. Thank you.
