Get online support
I recently switched to a sim only plan from another carrier, and noticed today that I was unable to make calls or anything, with the "your account is expired" message, with my service suspended, without a single text or email warning me.
There has been a balance in my card the entire time and I was able to make payment, but my service still hasnt been restored.
Could you guys fix this up asap? This is ridiculous, and an immediate stumble with the service quality.
