Account expiring message

Hi TPG my husband is getting an account about to expire message on his mobile and to call tpg support . He pays by direct debit so not sure why he's getting that message? He couldn't make or receive calls and I told him to restart phone and he can make and receive calls now but message about his account about to expire is still there. Help!

Thanks for raising this to us, we'd love to help see the status of the mobile service. To better understand the situation shoot me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) also include your best contact number and preferred time.
